Author Biography
Mitushi Ajmera is a wellness and movement coach driven by one belief: the body is always speaking to us, and we are always speaking back, through how we eat, move, rest and recover. Her own fitness journey began in extremes: rapid weight loss, over-training, injury, healing and finally education. That breakdown became her breakthrough and shaped her path in the industry. For over 14 years, she has worked as a Senior Master Trainer, with international certifications in fitness and sports nutrition, functional and fitness training, Pilates and yoga alike. She has been privileged to bring wellness education to corporate platforms and universities, share ideas on the TEDx stage and in the media, and advocate mindful, science-meets-intuition training. Today, my work focuses on helping people move better, recover smarter, nourish without fear, and build strength from within transforming, not through restriction, but through understanding.
